Shipping
Our primary fulfillment center is located in the USA, on the east coast.
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. If we cannot ship to your country, we will let you know promptly and issue you a refund.
Within the USA
We ship within the USA using the USPS. East coast orders can be expected to arrive within 3-4 days of order. Orders from the west coast and non-continental USA territories may take 4-7 days for arrival.
International Shipping
Note: Currently international shipping is seeing an increase in prices due to the continued COVID-19 pandemic, and the shipping prices reflect this. We apologize for the increased prices and will decrease them as soon as shipping prices come down.
Depending on the intended destination, a number of carriers may be used. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for international orders to arrive.
In certain cases, taxes and duties may be required upon receiving the order. Apologizes in advance for the inconvenience.
Returns & Exchanges
Currently, Hawberry Games does not accept exchanges, but we do accept returns for items that are still in their original packaging. You have 30 days after receiving the item to return it, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. To start a return, please email contact@hawberrygames.com with a copy of your original order receipt.
